From first call to open for business

No mystery, no endless email chains. Here is exactly how it goes, what Jan needs from you, and roughly how long each part takes.

01

A proper conversation

You tell Jan what you are building, where your customers are, and where you are thinking of basing the company. She asks the questions that matter and comes back with a clear recommendation: which market, which structure, and what it will cost. Nothing to sign, and no charge for this bit.

Everything prepared for you

Once you are happy, Jan handles the paperwork. Company name checks, incorporation documents, director and shareholder details, and the identity checks banks and registries require. You review, you sign, and that is your part done.

a day or two
03

Filed, formed and banking-ready

Jan files with the registry, appoints your company secretary, and puts a registered address in place. Then comes the part people dread on their own: an introduction to a bank that actually wants your business, with your file already in good shape.

Looked after, year round

The company is live, but the work does not stop there. Bookkeeping, tax filings, annual returns and advice when a big decision lands. All the things that quietly cause problems if nobody is keeping an eye on them.

what to have ready

What Jan needs from you

Nothing exotic. Have these handy and the whole thing moves quickly.

A couple of names

One or two options for the company name. Jan checks they are available before anything is filed.

Who is involved

Directors and shareholders, and a simple sense of who owns what. Jan turns it into a clean structure.

ID and address

Standard identity and address documents for the people involved. This is the KYC every registry and bank asks for.

why it feels different

One person, start to finish

The usual experience is a sales rep who signs you up, then a handoff to a team you never speak to. Small things get lost, and you end up chasing your own provider.

Here, the person who quotes you is the person who does the work and the person who picks up when you call. That is the whole point of a boutique practice.

Ready when you are

Book the first call. Half an hour, no charge, and you will walk away knowing exactly what setting up would look like.
